In case of accident or sickness we advice you to contact the medical institution to receive the qualified medical service as soon as possible. If you need the support from BTA, please contact the phone numbers indicated in your travel insurance policy, and we will be there for you. It is particularly important to inform us if you need a treatment in a hospital during your trip. Please inform us about this kind of issue as soon as you can, but not later than in 72 hours.

Your luggage can be insured from delay, theft and damage. The insurance sum is up to 150 euros for each piece of luggage.
If you are planning a skiing or professional sports trip, please inform you insurance consultant, and if you buy your insurance online, please mark the corresponding fields. Then you will be provided with a special insurance package with these risks included.
Insurance of COVID-19 - only necessary medical expenses are reimbursed (when the Insured is provided with emergency medical care in an inpatient health care institution for at least 48 hours without a break), associated with the treatment related to COVID-19 (coronavirus SARS CoV-2 induced disease), when the Insured Person is on the Trip and when these costs are not covered by a third party or covered only partially. This exclusion is valid only on condition when the risk “Medical Expenses and Repatriation” is specified in the insurance policy. The costs of self-isolation (including in a medical institution) and COVID tests are not reimbursed.
*COVID - 19 treatment expenses in an inpatient health care facility are reimbursed up to EUR 40,000. Selecting the territory of Belarus, the cost of COVID - 19 treatment in an inpatient health care facility is up to EUR 10,000. The insurance cover shall not apply in the Republic of Lithuania, Thailand and India.
